3. Services Provided
Naventia operates on two pillars:
- International business structuring: LLC/C-Corp formation, international holding companies, tax planning, bank account opening, EIN, intercompany contracts.
- Visa and immigration consulting: guidance and support in processes such as E-2, EB-5, L-1A, L-1B, O-1 and EB-2 NIW, for entrepreneurs and families.
Important: Naventia is a consultancy firm, not a law firm. Legal services, when necessary, are provided by duly licensed partner lawyers.
4. User Obligations
By using the Site and our services, you agree to:

5. Payments and Refunds
Paid services are subject to the conditions stipulated in a specific contract with the client. Due to their consultative nature, payments are generally non-refundable, except when the service is not provided as agreed due to an error by Naventia, or when required by law. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of contracting the service, via contato@naventia.com.

The use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the Website.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site (text, graphics, trademark, logo) is the exclusive property of Naventia and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized commercial use may result in legal action.

Naventia does not guarantee the approval of visas or corporate/immigration processes, the decision of which rests exclusively with the competent authorities. The information on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not replace individualized legal advice.
