data-end=\"502\">It is not.<\/p><p data-start=\"504\" data-end=\"580\">Abrir empresa \u00e9 uma etapa operacional.<br data-start=\"542\" data-end=\"545\" \/>Uma formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<br data-start=\"562\" data-end=\"565\" \/>Um instrumento.<\/p><p data-start=\"582\" data-end=\"714\"><strong data-start=\"582\" data-end=\"714\">Estrat\u00e9gia \u00e9 decidir por que entrar, como entrar, com qual estrutura entrar e o que essa estrutura precisa viabilizar no futuro.<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"716\" data-end=\"744\">Essa diferen\u00e7a parece sutil.<\/p><p data-start=\"746\" data-end=\"910\">Mas ela separa empresas que constroem presen\u00e7a internacional com l\u00f3gica das que apenas montam uma entidade no exterior e depois descobrem que continuam sem dire\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><h2 data-section-id=\"1n9du95\" data-start=\"912\" data-end=\"957\">O erro de tratar estrutura como burocracia<\/h2><p data-start=\"959\" data-end=\"1016\">Esse \u00e9 um dos erros mais caros da expans\u00e3o internacional.<\/p><p data-start=\"1018\" data-end=\"1043\">O empres\u00e1rio pensa assim:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1045\" data-end=\"1251\"><li estrat\u00e9gico.<\/p><p data-start=\"1308\" data-end=\"1423\">Porque, quando a estrutura \u00e9 definida antes da tese, ela deixa de ser alavanca e vira improviso institucionalizado.<\/p><h2 data-section-id=\"1v1bd5x\" data-start=\"1425\" data-end=\"1457\">O que \u00e9 estrat\u00e9gia de verdade<\/h2><p data-start=\"1459\" data-end=\"1637\">Estrat\u00e9gia n\u00e3o \u00e9 ter uma LLC.<br data-start=\"1923\" data-end=\"1977\">Sem isso, a abertura \u00e9 apenas uma movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o formal.<\/p><p data-start=\"1979\" data-end=\"2061\">E movimento formal sem l\u00f3gica
