data-start=\"2077\" data-end=\"2119\">O que havia de certo nesse tipo de caso<\/h2><p data-start=\"2121\" data-end=\"2207\">Quando abrir empresa fez sentido, normalmente existiam cinco elementos bem resolvidos.<\/p><h3 data-section-id=\"8g4idl\" data-start=\"2209\" data-end=\"2234\">1. Clareza de mercado<\/h3><p data-start=\"2235\" data-end=\"2275\">A empresa sabia para quem queria vender.<\/p><p data-start=\"2277\" data-end=\"2367\">N\u00e3o estava tentando falar com \u201ctodo mundo nos EUA\u201d.<br data-start=\"2328\" data-end=\"2331\" \/>Tinha um nicho, uma dor, um recorte.<\/p><h3 data-section-id=\"1ku9001\" data-start=\"2369\" data-end=\"2402\">2. Proposta de valor objetiva<\/h3><p data-start=\"2403\" data-end=\"2458\">N\u00e3o era uma empresa dizendo apenas que tinha qualidade.<\/p><p data-start=\"2460\" data-end=\"2495\">Era uma empresa capaz de responder:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2496\" data-end=\"2573\"><li data-section-id=\"q60zkf\" data-start=\"2496\" data-end=\"2511\"><p data-start=\"2498\" data-end=\"2511\">o que fazemos<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"14rrc1y\" data-start=\"2512\" data-end=\"2523\"><p data-start=\"2514\" data-end=\"2523\">para quem<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1qlfnv2\" data-start=\"2524\" data-end=\"2550\"><p data-start=\"2526\" data-end=\"2550\">qual problema resolvemos<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"tg5fv0\" data-start=\"2551\" data-end=\"2573\"><p data-start=\"2553\" data-end=\"2573\">qual impacto geramos<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-section-id=\"2nr19l\" data-start=\"2575\" data-end=\"2604\">3. Capacidade operacional<\/h3><p data-start=\"2605\" data-end=\"2640\">A opera\u00e7\u00e3o atual suportava crescer.<\/p><p data-start=\"2642\" data-end=\"2720\">A empresa n\u00e3o estava entrando em outro pa\u00eds carregando desorganiza\u00e7\u00e3o interna.<\/p><h3 data-section-id=\"1tftnw8\" data-start=\"2722\" data-end=\"2743\">4. Caixa e f\u00f4lego<\/h3><p data-start=\"2744\" data-end=\"2792\">Havia recursos para suportar o ciclo de entrada.<\/p><p data-start=\"2794\" data-end=\"2840\">Porque expans\u00e3o raramente d\u00e1 retorno imediato.<\/p><h3 data-section-id=\"gbttsi\" data-start=\"2842\" data-end=\"2864\">5. Tese de entrada<\/h3><p data-start=\"2865\" data-end=\"2900\">Talvez esse seja o ponto principal.<\/p><p data-start=\"2902\" data-end=\"2925\">Havia uma l\u00f3gica clara:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2926\" data-end=\"3024\"><li data-section-id=\"1sw554q\" data-start=\"2926\" data-end=\"2942\"><p data-start=\"2928\" data-end=\"2942\">por que entrar<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"4m7rf0\" data-start=\"2943\" data-end=\"2956\"><p data-start=\"2945\" data-end=\"2956\">onde atacar<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1svvd9k\" data-start=\"2957\" data-end=\"2970\"><p data-start=\"2959\" data-end=\"2970\">como vender<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"cjkkg3\" data-start=\"2971\" data-end=\"2986\"><p data-start=\"2973\" data-end=\"2986\">o que validar<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1l4w6bk\" data-start=\"2987\" data-end=\"3024\"><p data-start=\"2989\" data-end=\"3024\">o que construir em 6, 12 e 24 meses<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3026\" data-end=\"3060\">Sem isso, presen\u00e7a vira improviso.<\/p><h2 data-section-id=\"1cp0a08\" data-start=\"3062\" data-end=\"3094\">O caso em que n\u00e3o fez sentido<\/h2><p data-start=\"3096\" data-end=\"3115\">Now the other side.<\/p><p data-start=\"3117\" data-end=\"3401\">Imagine uma empresa que ainda depende fortemente do fundador para vender.<br data-start=\"3190\" data-end=\"3193\" \/>N\u00e3o tem processo comercial previs\u00edvel.<br data-start=\"3231\" data-end=\"3234\" \/>N\u00e3o tem posicionamento claro.<br data-start=\"3263\" data-end=\"3266\" \/>Ainda ajusta sua oferta no mercado local.<br data-start=\"3307\" data-end=\"3310\" \/>N\u00e3o validou demanda nos EUA.<br data-start=\"3338\" data-end=\"3341\" \/>E quer abrir empresa americana para \u201ccome\u00e7ar internacional\u201d.<\/p><p data-start=\"3403\" data-end=\"3453\">Nesse cen\u00e1rio, a abertura tende a ser precipitada.<\/p><p data-start=\"3455\" data-end=\"3463\">Why?<\/p><p data-start=\"3465\" data-end=\"3557\">Porque a empresa est\u00e1 tentando usar geografia para resolver problemas que s\u00e3o de estrat\u00e9gia.<\/p><p data-start=\"3559\" data-end=\"3576\">Ela acredita que:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3577\" data-end=\"3790\"><li data-section-id=\"10j12cb\" data-start=\"3577\" data-end=\"3630\"><p data-start=\"3579\" data-end=\"3630\">a estrutura vai gerar credibilidade automaticamente<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1n9inoj\" data-start=\"3631\" data-end=\"3690\"><p data-start=\"3633\" data-end=\"3690\">o mercado vai responder s\u00f3 porque a opera\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 nos EUA<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1qa3lqs\" data-start=\"3691\" data-end=\"3729\"><p data-start=\"3693\" data-end=\"3729\">abrir empresa j\u00e1 representa expans\u00e3o<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"q2jzt7\" data-start=\"3730\" data-end=\"3790\"><p data-start=\"3732\" data-end=\"3790\">o cliente americano reconhecer\u00e1 valor sem grande adapta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3792\" data-end=\"3815\">Nada disso \u00e9 garantido.<\/p><p data-start=\"3817\" data-end=\"3866\">Na pr\u00e1tica, o que costuma acontecer \u00e9 o seguinte:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3867\" data-end=\"4068\"><li data-section-id=\"yas8wr\" data-start=\"3867\" data-end=\"3886\"><p data-start=\"3869\" data-end=\"3886\">abre-se a empresa<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"ry2eu4\" data-start=\"3887\" data-end=\"3915\"><p data-start=\"3889\" data-end=\"3915\">organiza-se a parte formal<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"jqczol\" data-start=\"3916\" data-end=\"3944\"><p data-start=\"3918\" data-end=\"3944\">cria-se um discurso bonito<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1gjv6gg\" data-start=\"3945\" data-end=\"3964\"><p data-start=\"3947\" data-end=\"3964\">faz-se networking<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"xhsief\" data-start=\"3965\" data-end=\"3990\"><p data-start=\"3967\" data-end=\"3990\">participa-se de eventos<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1quxjgv\" data-start=\"3991\" data-end=\"4014\"><p data-start=\"3993\" data-end=\"4014\">publicam-se conte\u00fados<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1rkamni\" data-start=\"4015\" data-end=\"4046\"><p data-start=\"4017\" data-end=\"4046\">surgem conversas superficiais<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1rmprxj\" data-start=\"4047\" data-end=\"4068\"><p data-start=\"4049\" data-end=\"4068\">e as vendas n\u00e3o v\u00eam<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"4070\" data-end=\"4179\">N\u00e3o porque os EUA \u201cn\u00e3o funcionam\u201d.<br data-start=\"4104\" data-end=\"4107\" \/>Mas porque a empresa entrou sem base para converter presen\u00e7a em receita.<\/p><h2 data-section-id=\"7we89v\" data-start=\"4181\" data-end=\"4222\">O que estava errado nesse tipo de caso<\/h2><p data-start=\"4224\" data-end=\"4307\">Quando abrir empresa n\u00e3o fez sentido, geralmente havia um ou mais destes problemas:<\/p><h3 data-section-id=\"g7g3ul\" data-start=\"4309\" data-end=\"4362\">1. A empresa ainda n\u00e3o tinha maturidade comercial<\/h3><p data-start=\"4363\" data-end=\"4489\">Se ela ainda n\u00e3o vende de forma consistente no mercado de origem, dificilmente vender\u00e1 melhor em um ambiente mais competitivo.<\/p><h3 data-section-id=\"73sarp\" data-start=\"4491\" data-end=\"4528\">2. O objetivo estava mal definido<\/h3><p data-start=\"4529\" data-end=\"4602\">Muitos entram buscando \u201cpresen\u00e7a\u201d, \u201cimagem\u201d ou \u201cestrutura internacional\u201d.<\/p><p data-start=\"4604\" data-end=\"4680\">Mas sem um objetivo econ\u00f4mico e estrat\u00e9gico claro, a expans\u00e3o perde dire\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><h3 data-section-id=\"1www95v\" data-start=\"4682\" data-end=\"4717\">3. A oferta n\u00e3o estava adaptada<\/h3><p data-start=\"4718\" data-end=\"4842\">O servi\u00e7o ou produto fazia sentido no Brasil, mas n\u00e3o tinha sido reposicionado para a l\u00f3gica de compra do cliente americano.<\/p><h3 data-section-id=\"ax7ow\" data-start=\"4844\" data-end=\"4863\">4. Faltava foco<\/h3><p data-start=\"4864\" data-end=\"5009\">A empresa entrava querendo atender v\u00e1rios segmentos ao mesmo tempo, sem ICP claro, sem proposta espec\u00edfica e sem mecanismo de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o definido.<\/p><h3 data-section-id=\"khkpof\" data-start=\"5011\" data-end=\"5041\">5. A decis\u00e3o era emocional<\/h3><p data-start=\"5042\" data-end=\"5080\">Esse ponto \u00e9 mais comum do que parece.<\/p><p data-start=\"5082\" data-end=\"5188\">\u00c0s vezes a empresa n\u00e3o entra porque est\u00e1 pronta.<br data-start=\"5130\" data-end=\"5133\" \/>Ela entra porque quer sentir que est\u00e1 em outro patamar.<\/p><p data-start=\"5190\" data-end=\"5228\">S\u00f3 que vaidade estrat\u00e9gica custa caro.<\/p><h2 data-section-id=\"19clfng\" data-start=\"5230\" data-end=\"5254\">O aprendizado central<\/h2><p data-start=\"5256\" data-end=\"5343\">Abrir empresa nos EUA fez sentido quando foi consequ\u00eancia de uma estrat\u00e9gia j\u00e1 pensada.<\/p><p data-start=\"5345\" data-end=\"5422\">N\u00e3o fez sentido quando foi usada como atalho psicol\u00f3gico para parecer global.<\/p><p data-start=\"5424\" data-end=\"5443\">Essa \u00e9 a diferen\u00e7a.<\/p><p data-start=\"5445\" data-end=\"5580\">Empresas preparadas usam a estrutura para acelerar um plano.<br data-start=\"5505\" data-end=\"5508\" \/>Empresas despreparadas usam a estrutura para compensar a falta de plano.<\/p><p data-start=\"5582\" data-end=\"5619\">E o mercado percebe isso rapidamente.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b3f8124 e-flex e-con-boxed sc_layouts_column_icons_position_left data-end=\"5962\"><p data-start=\"5908\" data-end=\"5962\">O modelo atual j\u00e1 funciona com alguma previsibilidade?<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"11awe2f\" data-start=\"5963\" data-start=\"6062\" data-end=\"6125\">O objetivo \u00e9 vender, escalar, estruturar, captar ou posicionar?<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"lby5fj\" data-start=\"6126\" data-end=\"6181\"><p data-start=\"6128\" data-end=\"6181\">Existe uma tese de entrada real ou apenas entusiasmo?<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"6183\" data-end=\"6261\">Se essas respostas estiverem fracas, talvez a empresa ainda n\u00e3o precise abrir.<\/p><p data-start=\"6263\" data-end=\"6287\">Talvez precise primeiro:<\/p><ul data-start=\"6288\" data-end=\"6430\"><li data-section-id=\"grpnkg\"
