Services Provided<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Naventia operates on two pillars:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>International business structuring: LLC\/C-Corp formation, international holding companies, tax planning, bank account opening, EIN, intercompany contracts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visa and immigration consulting: guidance and support in processes such as E-2, EB-5, L-1A, L-1B, O-1 and EB-2 NIW, for entrepreneurs and families.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Important: Naventia is a consultancy firm, not a law firm. Legal services, when necessary, are provided by duly licensed partner lawyers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Due to their consultative nature, payments are generally non-refundable, except when the service is not provided as agreed due to an error by Naventia, or when required by law.
